Jo-Anne is a DISC-accredited practitioner, leadership development coach and senior HR strategist with 30+ years’ international experience.
Jo-anne brings a strategic, business-first lens to coaching — translating leadership development into behaviours that improve performance. She is also especially strong at aligning people, performance and purpose — and helping leaders build high-trust teams that deliver.
Known for her pragmatic, outcomes-led style, she helps leaders align people, performance and purpose — and turn good intentions into consistent execution.
