RESET isn't stress management in the traditional sense. We don't teach people to cope with more pressure — we train them to shift their nervous system responses so pressure becomes fuel, not friction.
Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), participants learn to regulate stress responses in real time, sustain focus when it matters most, and build capacity that lasts well beyond the programme.
This is the foundation programme. Whether someone's navigating a high-pressure role, managing a transition, or building resilience after burnout, RESET gives them the tools to perform sustainably — not just survive.
RESET works best for people who need to build foundational stress regulation capacity before everything else.
IDEAL CANDIDATES:

NOT IDEAL FOR:
RESET is coaching, not therapy. Participants should be work-ready and looking to enhance performance, not seeking clinical intervention.
8 ONE-TO-ONE EFT COACHING SESSIONS
Confidential 60-minute sessions with a certified EFT practitioner. Sessions are trauma-informed, consent-based, and tailored to each participant's specific stressors and goals.
FLEXIBLE 6-MONTH TIMEFRAME
Schedule sessions to fit demanding executive calendars. We recommend the first 3 sessions within the first 3 weeks for momentum, then remaining 5 sessions flexibly over the next 5 months. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on need.
PERSONALISED STRESS PERFORMANCE STRATEGIES
Practical, in-the-moment techniques participants can use during meetings, presentations, difficult conversations, or high-stakes decisions. No apps, no homework — just tools that work when pressure hits.
RII™ MEASUREMENT & TRACKING
Resilience Impact Index assessment at baseline, mid-point (session 4), and completion (session 8). Participants receive individual reports; organisations receive anonymised aggregate data showing team-wide impact.
6 & 12-MONTH FOLLOW-UP TRACKING
Post-programme RII™ assessments at 6 and 12 months after completion to measure sustained impact. This data proves the transformation lasts — critical for board reporting.
WELCOME RESOURCES
Orientation materials, programme overview, and ongoing support throughout the 6 months. Participants know exactly what to expect and how to get the most from their sessions.
SUPERVISION & QUALITY ASSURANCE
All coaching is supervised by experienced mentors who ensure effectiveness, safety, and professional standards are maintained. You're getting quality-controlled, accountable coaching.
DISCOVERY & ONBOARDING (Before Session 1)
Participant completes baseline RII™ assessment and intake questionnaire. First session focuses on understanding specific stressors, triggers, and goals.
INTENSIVE FOUNDATION (Sessions 1-3, Weeks 1-3)
Three sessions in quick succession to build momentum and establish core EFT techniques. Participants learn the fundamentals and start seeing shifts in their stress responses immediately.
INTEGRATION & PRACTICE (Sessions 4-8, Months 2-6)
Remaining 5 sessions scheduled flexibly as participants apply techniques in real workplace situations. Mid-point RII™ (session 4) tracks progress. Sessions address emerging challenges and deepen capability.
COMPLETION & PLANNING (Session 8)
Final session consolidates learning, completes final RII™ assessment, and creates a sustainability plan for maintaining capacity post-programme.
SUSTAINED IMPACT TRACKING (Months 6-18)
Follow-up RII™ assessments at 6 and 12 months post-completion measure whether transformation has lasted. Participants can re-engage for booster sessions if needed.
TIMELINE FLEXIBILITY
Can't commit to weekly sessions? That's fine. Research shows monthly sessions are effective for stress management work — what matters is consistency over time, not intensive scheduling.
IMMEDIATE SHIFTS (Sessions 1-3):
Most participants report noticeable improvements within the first 3-6 sessions:
SUSTAINED TRANSFORMATION (By Session 8):
By programme completion, participants typically demonstrate:
LONG-TERM CAPACITY (6-12 Months Post-Programme):
Follow-up data shows transformation that lasts:
ORGANISATIONAL IMPACT:
When you run RESET across teams, you'll see:
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is backed by over 100 peer-reviewed studies showing effectiveness in reducing stress and improving performance under pressure.
KEY RESEARCH FINDINGS:

Unlike mindfulness apps or one-off resilience workshops, EFT creates measurable neurological changes in how the brain processes stress. Participants aren't learning to "think positive" — they're retraining their nervous system responses at a physiological level.
This is why the research-validated standard for stress management work is 8 sessions. RESET is built on what the evidence shows actually works.

TEAM DISCOUNTS:
A: Most people report noticeable improvements within their first 3-6 sessions — better sleep, clearer thinking, faster stress recovery. However, sustainable transformation is accumulative. The full 8-session programme builds capacity that lasts, not just temporary relief.
A: That's completely fine. We recommend the first 3 sessions within the first 3 weeks to build momentum, but remaining sessions can be scheduled fortnightly or even monthly. The research shows that consistent practice over time matters more than intensive weekly scheduling.
A: Coaching. RESET is designed for work-ready professionals looking to enhance performance, not people seeking clinical treatment. If someone has diagnosed mental health conditions requiring therapy, we'll help them find appropriate clinical support instead.
A: Sessions are confidential 60-minute conversations focused on specific stressors or challenges. The coach guides participants through EFT tapping techniques while processing the stress response. It's practical, not abstract — participants leave with tools they can use immediately. Sessions are conducted via video, meaning you don't have to take time out of your day to travel somewhere. All you need is a quiet room, webcam and microphone.
A: The programme fee is committed after discovery and onboarding, regardless of completion. However, incomplete programmes rarely deliver sustained results — 8 sessions is the research-validated minimum for stress management work. We strongly encourage full completion. That said, we offer a breakout clause for employees who leave the company with four or more sessions remaining. In such cases, those unused sessions can be transferred to another participant for a top-up fee.
A: RESET focuses solely on stress performance coaching using EFT. RISE adds leadership development (DISC methodology) alongside the stress work. If someone needs both stress regulation AND leadership capability development, RISE is the better choice. RESET is ideal for building the foundation first.
A: Absolutely. For teams of 5+, we can discuss cohort pricing and scheduling. For teams of 10+, consider our RADIATE hour-bank model which offers better flexibility and value.
