A 12-Month  Leadership Transformation Journey

RISE follows a structured journey designed to build sustainable change, not short-term shifts. Here's how the programme unfolds for your leaders:

DISCOVERY & ONBOARDING (Before Session 1)

Before their first coaching session, participants complete:

  • RII™ baseline assessment (measuring current stress regulation, focus, decision-making, and leadership capacity across 9 dimensions)
  • DISC leadership profile
  • Goal-setting framework to clarify what success looks like


We match each participant with a coach who has appropriate expertise for their leadership tier (LEAD / INSPIRE / SOAR) and specific development goals. 


Participants are invited to a meet and greet session with their prospective coach. If the connection doesn't feel right for both parties, we will source another coach. 

FOUNDATION BUILDING (Months 1-3)

Early sessions focus on building foundations:

  • Understanding individual stress triggers and nervous system responses
  • Learning core EFT techniques for real-time regulation
  • Debriefing DISC profiles and understanding leadership styles
